My passport includes my middle name, yet my holiday (flight & hotel) booking form does not (only my first and last name). Will this matter at the check-in desk, as my Boarding Card invariably states only my first initial and my last name? Many thanks for your assistance - very much appreciated!

No you will be ok, I never include my middle name on holiday bookings. You could give the airline a ring though to confirm this

They only use the first and last names. Imagine someone with six middle names - they couldn't cope with that, so it's normal that just the two are used.

Hi there Dave,
My middle name(Gerald, eugh!) appears on my passport.I have been travelling since I was 18(am now 59) and never had any problems with Gerald not being on the travel documents etc!
As heathfield says,as long as the first and surnames are correct nothing else really matters.
