We had a disastrous holiday with Keycamps in france. I have written so many letters, together with photos and even a video of our complaint; they have eventually offered me around 250 which is after 3 other offers. I am not out to screw anyone , but our holiday cost 1050, that was 10 days for a caravan with our own travel arrangements; the caravan and surrounds were so bad we moved to another company on the same site and paid a further 700 to them for excellent accomodation. I have written to ABTA and they have offered me their arbitration scheme , or I could go to the small claims court. Has anyone else been in the same situation and opted to go to the small claims court ? The way I see it is I can't lose either way but I do want to get as much back from Keycamps as is possible. Any one out there advise please !!!

I often read the 'problem page' in Holiday Which, sounds like something they may be able to help with.
Or what about BBC 'Watchdog' - maybe there are lots of others out there who have found the same problem. Its amazing once a company is featured how they suddenly give everyone their money back.
