For email confirmation and e ticket to arrive when you book a ticket for the Dr Who experience in Cardiff?

I've just paid online and wondered when to panic because the emails are usually straight away???

I am like a kid in a sweet shop. I love Dr Who and probably got a bit panicky when the email didn't come through straight away. I'm sure it will be along soon.

I am such a sad thing that I tried to get my son into Dr Who and he was for a while, even coming with me to the cinema for the 50th. He's not interested now so I am Jimmy no mates and going on my own this time.
