Pump On Perfume

My pump on quite expensive perfume is no longer squirting. I pump and pump and nothing. There is about half a bottle left and I cannot twist it around either - twisting goes round and round. Is there anything I can do. JJCon

Is the wee hole blocked? Have you tried sticking a pin in the hole?

replace the whole top bit with one off something else = it should just pop off
