Terminal 4 Heathrow

There doesnt seem to be much information about lounges in Terminal 4. Has anyone used a lounge at this terminal and if so was it worth? Many thanks.

The only lounges at Heathrow seem to be in Terminals 1 & 3.

there are 'gate lounges' marked on the map on Buenchico's link - T4, first floor, next to WH Smith (top left hand corner). I have no idea if they're any good.

Aren't gate lounges just the rows of chairs you sit in whilst you wait for your flight to be ready?
