Yes you will have to have it matched up with ITunes.

In general buying almost anything at airport shops is a bad decision, as their prices are usually vastly higher than High Street shops. |

not sure if you're after an ipad or ipod, but do check out the prices first; as Chris says, those at airport shops are often (but not always) higher than in town.
