According to my Atlas there is one north of Dortmund and also one south of Hamburg. The one north of Dortmund has those little accent things on the U, if that makes any difference. (Sorry, can't remember what they are called)

They are called 'umlauts' (guessed spelling) and if they appear above the u then it would change the pronunciation to 'moonster'.

Munster is north of Dortmund, i gave birth to my daughter in the British Military hospital in Munster

If it's M�nster then without the '�' it is spelt Muenster.
