I am currently in another EU country. On Monday evening I used my internet banking here to transfer money to an account I have in the UK. My internet banking here confirmed the money was sent yesterday morning and the sum has been taken from my account. However, on checking the internet banking service of ny English account, the money has not yet been received as at this time (a day later). Should I be concerned about this or are such delays common? Many thanks.

common even among bank accounts in the same country.
if i transfer money from my santander account to lloyds it takes about 3 days even though the money is showing as gone straight away
although there is no technical reason for it, it will take 3 working days.
It could take 10 days or more as it would be classed as an international transfer.
