I'm repeatedly lifting my mug of tea

All I worry about is making it to the end of each day and waking up tomorrow. Put me down  as a non-attender.

Egyptian PT naomi. Wake me up when it's finished.

I bench press think tanks, charities and trade bodies, warming up beforehand with a couple of laps round a recently closed local swimming pool.

My right index finger does have a workout most mornings on AB.

Oh drat, I thought they said National Fatness day and just finished my 10 course breakfast !

Walking has been my way of life since childhood, it was a mile each way to primary school when I started as a four years old and walking was the only option. What was necessary then became a passion that has lasted all my life.

A highly recommended form of exercise, but nobody is going to take any exercise seriously unless they find it enjoyable.

I'm a bit of a jerk and a physical wreck, so where do I stand? Actually my right knee is so painful I prefer to sit.

weight lifting .....one eyelid then the other 10 tomes x

times^^^^

I had planned to walk to the foot of Pendle Hill, have a banana and an energy drink, then run up and down said hill. Then a couple of hundred press-ups and sit-ups, before repeating the run.

But it's raining😌

Ken poor excuse ,you could use a brolly xx

Usually a bit of walking. Not today...the wind will carry me here...there...and everywhere.

6 miles this morning.  Bit of yoga later.

I'm too tired to think about it..

At present I open and close my eyes and haul myself around on my zimmer. That's enough for me!

It's against my religion.

Isn't it one of the 10 Commandments of Thou shalt not exercise?

I've just done 6-8 arm bends so I could eat the crumpets on my plate.

I will now use the other hand so I can exercise my other arm while drinking my coffee.

Before my hernia op I was walking 15,000 steps minimum daily( 6.39miles)

Yep that's a no from me
