Have downloaded video clips to PC which have been saved as a .MOV file. Want to transfer to Nokia 6230 which accepts .MP4 files, not .MOV. Does anyone know how I can convert MOV files to MP4?

Well, all you need is a video converter tool. I am using aimersoft video converter which is perfect to convert MOV to MP4. Very easy to use. You should give it a try. You can download at:
