My flat still has single metal framed windows.
The one in my front room has actually fallen away
from the building - outwards. I've told him but no
reply.


Any suggestions ???

It depends whether you want advice on how to repair window frames (try Home & Garden) or legal/other advice on how to approach your landlord or force him to get the work done (try Law).
But we are helpful on here and I'm sure you'll get answers anyway.

Hello Tweaker,
I think the Citizens Advice Bureau should be your first port of call. In the dim and distant past when I lived in rented property, namely University days, we moved frequently to improve our environment. Perhaps you should look around for something better.
How are you getting on with EV 917?
