Serial Port

I have just purchased a Garmin GPS which according to the insructions can only be connected to a PC via a Serial Port. I have three PC's a Shuttle desktop, a Dell Laptop and a Dell Notebook..
None of them has a Seial port. Is there any thing I can buy to solve this problem?

There are usb to serial adaptors and drivers. Google "USB to Serial"

Milvus is quite correct as normal.

However, in my experience USB to serial adaptors rarely work well. We use a lot of them at my work and I've found proper bi-directional support to be flaky at best, even though they state they support it (some work, a lot more don't)

as you have a desktop get a PCI serial card for better reliability
