Counting santas

can't remember how many santa's I had in my front room last year but it is 12 this year, how many santas, (not counting cards, wrap, gift bags or the real one) have you in your front room? oops no 13.

how do you decorate for christmas without any images or figures of santa? I have a porcelane nativity scene out too, what decs do you guys use?

At the risk of being stoned by Dot for being a "bah humbug"....here goes.
I have a 25 year old (small) artificial tree that came out yesterday and will be packed away on Boxing Day. It is perched on a coffee table in a corner.
I do put up Xmas cards...I spread them around and then have an excuse not to dust for a week.
That's it.
