what EXACTLY is it saying?

autoexec.nt isn't one that normally causes problems

can you look in
C;/windows/system32/
and see if there is such a file

Thanks for the response.
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem.
C;\WINDOWS\system32\desot.exe
C;\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft windows applications.

Thanks for any help !
you have been infected (desot.exe)

download and run malwarebytes and it should clear it

Thanks for that!

I have done what you suggest but the problem stops me from running the programme!!
try running it in safe mode (restart your computer and keep pressing f8 while it's starting up and select safe mode when the menu comes up)

Now would be a good time to run a full scan with both your anti virus & anti malware software.
