Trying to layout booklet in Word

Hi,
I am trying to type out a recipe booklet for a charity. I need to be able to lay it out with 2 A5 landscape pages on one sheet of A4. I have been into page layout, but can't get the margins correct or the page to appear landscape on screen. Can anyone help with some advice please?
Regards
Doris

file | page setup
(from the top)
top, bottom, left, right = 1cm
gutter=0
orientation = landscape
pages = 2 pages per sheet
appy = whole document

ok that
the ruler should show the page size as
15x21 cm

page preview will only show a single page = your printer will however print what you want
Easy to do it inpublisher (if you have the prog as part of the office set up)
agree totally with mxy... er ... mxyz... the bloke below ;-)

if you have it ... use it

text boxes with a couple of pikkies next to the words could make it look very professional
