TechnologyBT VisionWe sent off for the Vision as we wanted to see movies occasionally. We read the instructions but did not feel able to fix it up. We are both OAPs. We phoned BT and asked for an engineer to call but they were unable to give us a date - they had problems with their new system they said. This whole business has involved several phone calls etc and we just want to forget the whole thing. We can get films from Love film. But we cannot get anyone to tell us where to return the equipment they sent us. Its always an answer machine and they never call back. Any suggestions? lynbrown Wed 03/12/08 23:52
