BT Vision

We sent off for the Vision as we wanted to see movies occasionally. We read the instructions but did not feel able to fix it up. We are both OAPs. We phoned BT and asked for an engineer to call but they were unable to give us a date - they had problems with their new system they said. This whole business has involved several phone calls etc and we just want to forget the whole thing. We can get films from Love film. But we cannot get anyone to tell us where to return the equipment they sent us. Its always an answer machine and they never call back. Any suggestions?

it couldn't be easier .... well it could ... buhow was it for yout you'll cope

you've obviously got an internet connection (and presumably a home hub?)
in the vision package you will have the vision box ... some cables and two homeplugs.

the aim is to plug the box into the phone and internet connections.... this IS the vision bit

the freeview comes i through the tv aerial and if you have it ... the scart connects the box to the TV.

the phone cable comes with an adapter so you can still use a phone as well
