Computer problem

OSD Lockout keeps appearing on my screen, and also a small window in the middle of the screen with Main Menu at the top and a list - Brightness, Image, Color, Language, Management, OSD Control. Factory Reset, EXIT, OSD Locked , OSD Lockout. but I cant cancel or EXIT it via the mouse, can anyone help me, have I pressed something without knowing.....

it's nothing to do with the computer.

That's the on screen display that's produced by the monitor so you can adjust the settings on the monitor.

Press exit usinig the buttons on the monitor and it will go away, why it keeps appearing is strange though, maybe you have a sticky button on the monitor.

A common cause is your keyboard knocking against the buttons on the monitor
