Open a file from a different location!

Hi,
What I want to do is make a list of all the video's I have on my hard drive ( old transfered camcorder stuff of my kids) and be able to click anything in the list and be directed to the chosen video. Any idea's please, if you know what I mean. Thanks Mark

Probably Picassa from Google would do what you want

Bung the list in excel or word and then add a hyperlink (select the text then Insert - Hyperlink) to each item. In the address field put the filename and location of the file you want to open automatically (something like C:\my documents\film.avi).

That should sort it.
