capturing streaming audio

Hi i have found a song that is embedded in a .swf file so I cannot grab the streaming address to capture it. (I would normally use streamign VCR for this). Is there a piece of free software where i can record an audio that is played on my PC so I can grab the song that way. Thanks

Try this (I've done it).. empty your cache (temp internet files).. then go to the website and play the .swf file, now look in your temporary internet files.. you should see it.. you can copy and paste it onto your desktop or wherever. I'm not sure about the music file embedded into it, but I know on normal webpages (even with right click disabled) you can get the .mid files this way.
