I'm not familiar with the part number but from the message that the 'battery is critical' seems to imply that it's a laptop.
If so, three things spring to mind.
1) The battery needs charging, so plug the mains charger in for 14 hours.
2) The battery will not take a charge and needs replacing.
When the voltage supply gets low the computer self protects itself by switching off non-essential components; the speakers being one of the first.
3) It may be that the charger is faulty and is not actually supplying the voltage needed.
Best to pop along to your local computer supplier to have these checked. They should be able to check it while you wait. To check the battery, however will possibly require your leaving it overnight.
Hope this helps.
If the computer is a desktop PC then the battery being referred to is most likely the one on the motherboard. That takes 10 minutes to change and the battery costs about 3.00. However, you would probably have noticed your on-board clock keeping bad time long before this.
