ive got a film which has Ac - 3 ACM audio Codec, but i need to change it to MPEG Layer - 3 can this be done. its a AVI file

What are the guidlines for how long a member of staff is allowed to sit at a computer without a break for?

had a look not sure how this works

Actually, looking at it it will just extract the audio and not convert AC3 to MP3 within the AVI.

This may be a better solution :
