Does anyone know how to permanently change my uppercase 3 to a pound sign instead of a hash. I have tried to change it by following a previous AB response, i.e. Control Panel, Regional Settings/Language, but it is already set to UK/English. Any other ideas please?

have you restarted the application you are using as it needs to do this to pick up the change ?

Hi Theo_wyvern, I haven't actually changed anything though - it was already set to UK/English, so there is nothing new for it to pick up
