all mobiles have SMS.  As long as you have a service.

Do they have your correct mobile number?

ask a  friend to send you a text so you can see if you can get them.

Can you send a text to a friend?

Question Author

put  in  my  phone  number   dont  work /// but   its  asking  for  cell  phone  number    whats  that   thank u

You cell phone number is the number people use to phone/call you on your Nokia.

What email facility are you using?  Gmail/hotmail etc.

It seems to be wanting to use 2FA (Two factor Authentication or Muiltifacto Authentication).  To use this with an SMS rather than an authenticator app it will need your mobile phone.  All mobiles will accept SMS but you do need to put the full number in.  It's using the term 'Cell' instead of 'Mobile' which implies a non UK email so you may need to add the +44 (and drop the zero) for it to work.
