I know some people feel if you hit like button a lot you will get recognized. Reasons to over like someone post it photos.

I think she means:

If I stalk a stranger on Facebook, Instagram etc and 'like' all his posts will he like me too.

If nowt else it'll keep the scurvy at bay.
