What is it you are wanting to plug in? If it's a coax splitter it will be the top one.

Unsure what you are trying to do. You may need another box to run 2 devices, and may find the signal level reduced. Try checking the manuals for the devices you already have.

If it's a coaxial cable you are using then it will need one into the splitter  from your aerial , then another one coming out of it to the other TV. 

There may be another way that won't us cable but sorry you need someone a lot more technical than me. Years ago we ran a cable that way up to our 2nd TV in the upstairs bedroom. Good luck.
