I have a Samsung Tab E ...the screen kept going pink, then tablet froze, then kept turning off, now screen came up with Samsung Tab E on it, then went blank....is it dead!!!!

Try holding the power button and the volume button down simultaneously for at least 7 seconds.

If that doesn't work, call Samsung UK Support on 0330 726 7864, Mon-Sat, 0900-1800.

Try resetting to factory settings backing up your files first. Pink screen is generally a failing display or digitizer.

Thanks Snags, but can't get into tablet to do anything on it..when I press power & volume the name Samsung Tab E comes up on screen, but then disappears .
