Every year in March I start sneezing, it is so violent and loud, I can't help it.
What could I be allergic to? Any ideas folks?

My wife seems to be allergic to tree pollen, that is usually a month away. Her main problem is streaming stinging eyes that makes her nearly blind. She uses Optilast prescription eye drops from April. You should find a botanist who can tell you what type of pollen is common in March.
I used local honey after we moved here and haven't suffered since (ps - there's another hay fever thing simewhere)

Sher not her!
At this time of the year it is most likely Tree Pollen that is causing your 'Hay Fever'.
