I find the 'Dandy Lion' rather gaudy but wouldn't complain about it.

Do like the other two more traditional sculptures.

Hi, Tuvok.......I love the drummer.......it's fun, well sculpted and does tell its story.....

The wolf is fine too and the "debate" about the sword is interesting.....☺

The Dandy Lion is truly awful (my opinion, I know some like it)......what she is trying to say about Elgin.... well she's missed by a mile to an outsider and that story could have resulted in a really interesting piece....
As it is to be made of the same material as boats perhaps it'll meet the same fate as the Bowl of Light which so displeased many Dubliners......most of it last seen floating down The Liffey.......x

I agree with Sean it looks like the work on a seven year old let loose with 9 tonnes of multi coloured plasticine ... perhaps the other location should be Neptune's garden?

I think the fact that there is an explanatory plaque says it all, along with the media coverage! There's no mention of a plaque with the other 2!

If it was near my house I'd rather have a big garden gnome instead of this!
