and yes David Irving - hardly a historian was prosecuted somewhere for it

IN England there was a libel action on DI's holocaust denial
which is hardly what libel law is all about and I cant recollect what happened

The libel courts in London have not been kind to DI in general - PQ17 and all that ( Brooms v Casselll )
