Windows not Starting

Getting error on startup:-

A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error code: 0x80090019

Licence should be ok. Might be to do with installing and uninstalling 'MightyMax' program. Anybody help?

Had to do a Repair of Windows from the XP CD. Now I don't have SP2 but I think I'll run without it for a while.
