I have a basic Kindle and was thinking about buying the Kindle Paperwhite. Can I transfer all my books to the new one?

Yes, cos you will set the new one up with the same email address, so all books you've bought before will be available, as they are linked to your email address from your Amazon account.

Register the new device to your existing account, go into the archives section and redownload them.
