Difference Between Facebook On Laptop Or On Mobile

Why are the posts different when I have been on facebook on the laptop and then change to my mobile? they are in a different order and sometimes I can't see some of them. Is there a setting I can change?

They seem to be up-to-date ok boxtops but they are in a different order.
