Burning CDs

i've discoverd by using mp3 music files i can put moreof them onto a cd...but wen i burn the cd will the cd player just read it as a data disc? as in - if i drag the files onto the cd using my computer then clicking on the empty cd...i apologise for my lack of knowledge!!thanks.

the only way your player will play it is if it recognises mp3 format.
My hifi is very old and doesn't recognise mp3's but a friends can play both audio discs (the ones you buy in HMV) and also data discs (will literally hundreds of mp3 files).

It all depends on your player/hifi.
Any computer will be fine to play these, your only concern is with hifi's and the like.
