I loved Prague and Barcelona
Barcelona or Malaga
brussels
Dublin?
Tallin is an interesting city.
And I'll let you know about Stoke as I'm setting off now for a 2 day break there!
Palma is good for a few days away. Plenty to see and do.

Sorry - Dublin done also! Looks like Prague or Barcelona then. Any hotels to recommend?
Prague.
Venice, Florence, Berlin, Vilnius, Krakow - depends what sort of things you like.
Barcelona gets anbother vote form me. There are plenty of hotels to choose from and I recommend the L'Example district or Barceloneta. The Gothic and Las Ramblas areas are good to visit but too busy and noisy to stay in.

Check out all the Gaudi sites, especially Parc Guell and Sacrada Familia, go up to the Mountjuic or spend a day on the beach. Its in my top 5 places to stay.

Don't be put off, but do beware of pickpockets. We were pickpocketed even though the pocket was inside the coat and zipped up. Thankfully we only lost a few quid, but leave passports and half of your cash in the hotel safe. Don't take anything you don't need - just one credit card, no drivers licence etc and spread stuff about your person.

The metro is really easy, the restaurants and hotels are plentiful and the weather is perfect in the spring.

My next favourite place is Amsterdam. Been there?
I loved Barcalona and also Munich, I'm hoping to grab a city break with OH early summer and have been looking at Warsaw and Krakow.
Venice - but go for 4 days.
Anyone for Bratislava, close to Vienna, good transport links, and quite cheap?
Threequarters? Why not push the boat out and go for a whole day.......
I've heard Bratislava is attractive, and am hoping to get there this year (as I have been for the last few years). There's a hotel boat on the river that sounds nice.
River cruise from Passau > Vienna>Bratislava> Budapest for 8 days?
Hamburg and Berlin can both be seen in a few days.
I did that last year, Nibble, but it went through Bratislava in the dead of night.
sorry, by hotel boat I meant a stationary one
