hi i have recently purchased a megapad 8 tablet and returned it to factory settings and now when i turn it on all i get on the screen is touch screen calibration and its like that everytime i turn it on cant get anything else on any help please

does it have a reset botton on the outside the one you stick a pin into to reset

yes but i have tried thatand it just goes back to touch screen calibration again
