Adobe Flash help please

I have an online game in my favourites (Bubbleshooter) which I've played loads for 3+ years. After a 2 week break from my laptop I now can't play as I get this message - This content requires the Macromedia Flash Player.Get Flash.
I've always had adobe flash, anyway I've now downloaded it from their link and also off the web. Each time it says installation successful but when I go back to the game I get the same message. I can't see adobe flash in 'all programs' either. Can anyone help with what's up? I use IE9.

A lot of times flash problems can be solved by removing it using the uninstaller and then installing it again.
