PC Un-commanded Power Down

My PC, a Packard Bell 6800 sli, which is around 5 years old, has started to power itself down after a few minutes. I have ensured the fans are clear of dust and have even replaced the heat sink and fan but it still powers down. What other areas should I look at to try and resolve this? Cheers
