hp printer sends out blank sheets

I tried to print a photo ,but it came out a funny colour.so i changed to new inks, and now it will not print any thing. even with the old inks replaced.

are you sure you peeled off the little sticker from the nozzles of the new inks?

There are a number of Abers who are experiencing difficulties with printers.

Consequently I repeat what I said to earlier in to lynbrown:-

"Did you insert the new cartridges with the printer 'switched on'.? This is a requirement with a lot of Printers...especially HP"

all tapes were removed .as i said i even put a ink in that had worked before in ,but that did not work.

Do you still have the disc which came with the printer. If so, disconnect printer from computer; insert disc and reload everything from on- screen instructions.

It does sometimes work.
