The password/ key is the network key, mine looks spmething like this WVETUWEP. Is the Kindle picking up the signal from the router, somthing like SKY12345.

just received kindle touch thro post tried to register but keep getting scan complete but the next step for wi fi conn keep seeing password incorrect yet i can get into my google acc using this going...

YEAH'i got a new one,upgraded to a kindle touch,thank goodness i will have it tonight,i am so glad i took it in,it was no bother and they were very nice,thanks to everyone who helped me today

How to get audiobooks to work on the kindle 3.3

I have the kindle 3.3 keyboard. I bought two audiobooks from kindle but neither would work. There were no controls at the bottom, like play, pause, f/forward or anything. Can someone give mean idiots...
