Just wondering if anybody knows any decent brand of headphones?

Thanks, Kieran.

I you're on a budget then Sennheiser are a pretty good quality/price balance

As above plus, Grado, Koss, AKG, B&W, Shure. Try to avoid personality led stuff such as Dr. Dre, whilst they can be good enough headphones the prices do tend to be jacked up just because of the name.
Make sure you buy from a bricks and mortar or reliable source as the market is flooded with fake sennheisers
