V Protect Application

When I switch on my computer I get a window open up, with the words:

V PROTECT APPLICATION

Has encountered a problem and needs to close.

It also gives me the choice to send a report or not to send a report.

I choose not to, and it goes away and my home page loads.

I can I get rid of this nuisance please?
