URL Can't Be Found. ITunes

I've forgotten my password for my ITunes account and stupidly didn't make a note of it.
When I click "Forgotten Password" a box comes up saying "URL can't be found"
How can I retreive my password please? I want to buy some tunes. Thanks.

Sorry, it actually says, "The URL could not be opened".
