I have discovered quite a few files of type .BIN in a sub-folder on my C: drive
Path is
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Application Data\FLVService

These appear to be the result of following links embedded in AB and also watching various YouTube video clips etc. and can amount to several MB each.
Is it OK to delete these?
Assuming the answer is yes is there any way to do this automatically?

I am running XP Home + SP2 with IE7 and/or Firefox browsers

All suggestions appreciated.
