Broadband just for internet

My student daughter has just move into her rented accomodation with a friend. The BT line has been disconnected which isn't a problem because they use mobiles to phone home. They might need to get reconnected just for internet access.So any ideas which provider is best just for internet connection and not for calls? I have a wireless router so can set that up for them. Their laptops are wired up for wireless.

If she's in a Virgin cable area, she can broadband without a phone line
