Office 2007 Home and Student

I have deleted, by accident, certain elements of my Microsoft Offfice Home and Student installation. Naturally, I thought that I just had to run the Detect and Repair option to get the programme back to how it was, but this does not seem to be the case as the problem still exists. Any ideas as to what I can do as I am getting rather desperate.
