Error on outlook express start up

When I click on outlook express to write or read an Email, I get the log on window pop up asking me to log on with my user name and password when I cancel this it states that there was a problem logging on to my mail server my password was rejected Error OX800CC92 Error number OX800CCC92. I can still receive mail and send it. Has anyone any idea how I can get rid of this error please?
