Nokia E63 Roaming

Hi Guys....Happy Fathers Day....I fing it very useful to receive my O/E emails on my Nokia E63 when in UK but there would be far to many of them to be received when abroad. So can anyone tell me how to turn off the data roaming service. All I need is to make and receive texts and calls.

prev using a dongle or WiFi   Legitimate E-book Sites,or Not?? next
