AB returns "not responding" with Firefox

When I try to use AB via Firefox, it locks up and returns a "not responding" message if I try to close the page - any ideas as to why ?

I am surprised that not a single one of AB's top techies has responded.

Nevertheless, although I am not a techie, I am wondering if you are operating on an old edition of Firefox and need to up-date it.

FF now seem to be bringing out a new edition every few months and, whilst I am using 10.0.2, without any problems, perhaps I should up-date to the current 11.0 ( having gone from 5.0 in a period of 9months )

Thanks Ron, FF has been trying to get me to update recently although I am running the 'previous' version. Maybe it's that.

you might want to hold off doing that because Firefox 12 is being released tomorrow, 24th April
