i have not got a clue what this means no nothing about pc language can someone help me out on this please is there anything that needs doing !thx in advance

They are all telling you where the log files that contain information about the problem are located and as such that info is no help on it's own.

Was that all there was on the blue screen?

also is this a regular thing, or is it just a one off? if it's just a one of I'd ignore it unless it happens again.
Issue error check on the C drive just to be sure all is well.

Open up My Computer. Right click on C drive. Select Properties then Tools tab. Click on Error checking. This process will check the drive for errors on next startup. Will take a while.

I have Windows XP.
I've always believed that if your comp starts BSODing it's time for a file backup session and new hard drive.
Yep ..
Do a full error check and sector scan on that drive.
Full cleanup of all temp folders and files.
Make sure things backed up to a spare drive or export a Files & Settings Wizard file to a pen drive or burned disc.

It could have been a not uncommon USB fault.
Also check all Device manager for yellow entries.
Check Event Viewer in Control Panel/Admin Tools/Event viewer. This may give you a few clues.
