slow to defective laptop....a cause

Hi AB, many thanks to all who replied regarding my querey on registry cleaners.....i thought maybe the clean had caused a problem...but it hadnt....
the culprit was an 02 manager for my dongle. Aparently once installed it grows...someone found theirs using 1.6 gb of memory...anyhow i found a program running in the background and it was a TSCUI.EXE file,
i erased it and my laptop has anew lease of life......check it out and id like to hear from anyone else finding the same issue.....go well.

Software won't install - saying IE open

Just downloaded Firefox
